Carlson Chiropractic Center to Offer Free Spinal Screenings at
Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Business
Joplin, Missouri – Carlson Chiropractic Center is pleased to announce they will be participating in the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business Expo on January 26 and 27 at the Holiday Inn Convention Center, 3615 South Rangeline Road.
The Expo is the region’s largest business-to-business and business-to-consumer trade show. Each year, an average of 5,500 participants and over 200 companies are represented, making Expo the Chamber’s largest event. With the first day devoted to the development of business connections and networking and the second day devoted to consumer contacts, the Expo provides Carlson Chiropractic Center the opportunity to not only make connections with other businesses, but also with a large number of potential clients whom they might not meet otherwise.
“It is always fun to go out and meet more people in the community, and this is the perfect opportunity for people to learn more about chiropractic and meet our staff and doctors,” Carlson Chiropractic Center’s Director of Operations, Heather Carlson said. “This is really an ideal way for people to see if chiropractic is something that may help them achieve their healthcare goals.”
The Carlson Chiropractic team will be manning a booth at the Expo not only representing their Center, but also offering complimentary spinal screenings with Myovision. Myovision is a state of the art machine that allows Carlson Chiropractic Center to do a computerized spinal examination through what is called surface electromyography. Myovision is used to evaluate which specific areas/levels of the nervous system are being adversely affected by Vertebral Subluxations, and is currently the only device that allows the muscle tension around the spine to be evaluated in a standing, static posture.
“This is also a great way that we can get out there and help the community as well,” Carlson added. “So many people don’t really realize that with chiropractic care, they can discover the true wellness lifestyle. We like to show our patients the natural way to better health.”
“We are excited to be a part of this event,” Carlson said. “This will just be a great way to meet a lot of people, and I hope everyone will come out and see us.”
